THE RINGCRAFT
COACHES CLUB
Raising the bar together.
Welcome to the
Coaches Club
Here you will find a list of APC's who have invested in our RingCraft courses. They train in person and have remote capabilities too. Anyone who invests in RingCraft is ticking major boxes for me.
Lets raise the bar together.

Jennifer Baker
I have a wide range of clients from those starting out on their dressage journey via online competitions, to those dipping their toe into unaffiliated dressage and those that compete BD. I have competed BE up to Novice and BD up to medium.

Vicky Plowman
BHS level 3
I coach all ages and abilities of both horses and riders from prelim to advanced. My clients range from pony club , unaffiliated dressage to successfully competing BD , Regionals and Area festivals. I especially love working with young horses , my own of which I have trained from an unbacked 3yr old to PSG.

Vicci Greenaway
BHS level 3 BD list 6 judge
I specialise in flat work (although happy to teach other disciplines/pony club etc). I have a quiet and calm approach, happy to work with all experiences, build confidence between horse and rider and go at your (or your horses) pace.

Faye Burrage
I have worked in Land-Based education for 28 years. I am currently coaching my daughter who is competing at PC competitions, unaffiliated showjumping, dressage and has just started ODEs. I’m keen to update and refresh my coaching skills. I have previously competed in eventing, dressage, showing and side-saddle but I am now very rusty! I hold BHS Stage 4 complete and Stage 5 Performance Centre Manager qualifications. I would like to increase my coaching in the future.

Emma Morris
Bhs APC level 3 and bhs stage 4 horsecare and business management.
I have competed up to medium level in British Dressage and Be105 ( now 1*) with my home produced exracehorse. He is now retired , so I'm starting my journey again with my welsh section D blank canvas, who is showing talent at dressage.
I coach from nervous and novice riders up to competition riders , and everyone in between . I always use kind and thoughtful approaches to training, putting the horses first.

Sarah Holman BHS APC3
Side Saddle Instructor and Judge
I have been a freelance coach for over 30 years specialising in teaching riders of all levels from grassroots to competition level in the East Anglian area. I have a wealth of experience in assisting nervous riders gain confidence and achieve their goals. My main ethos is to always have fun and enjoy the time learning. I am able to offer training for BHS assessments. Available for clinics and demos (astride and/or side saddle - a selection of side saddles available). Willing to travel with mileage fees. I am keen to expand my coaching portfolio and dedicated to further my professional development/qualifications.

Pauline Norton L4 UKCC
I am a Level 4 UKCC Western Coach (previously a BD judge and coach). The growth of western riding in the UK means there simply aren’t enough qualified western coaches to meet the demand. Remote Coaching means I can now offer professional advice and feedback to riders across the country.
At 67, I keep trying to retire and had already decided to limit coaching sessions to my own facility because of the time and cost involved in travelling. Now I can coach riders without either of us having to leave our base — a complete game changer.
Great stuff. Thanks, Alex!

Sue Grice
Whilst coaching for over 35 years, I have trained horses to Grand Prix level dressage and competed horses to intermediate 1 level. I am also the author of the book “The Training Spiral”. As well as BHS qualifications I also hold the UKCC level 3 Dressage certificate and am a BD accredited coach.
I specialise in dressage and groundwork with horses. I especially enjoy working with ‘less conventional’ dressage breeds, having successfully competed my traditional gypsy cob at advanced levels and trained and competed other horses and ponies to advanced levels of dressage. Of course, I am equally happy working with warmbloods and have a wealth of experience with many different breeds having bred, owned and trained a variety of breeds such as Warmbloods, Highlands and Welsh ponies.
I coach all levels of rider no matter if their ambitions are to compete to a high level or feel safer when out hacking or handling their horse. My key focus when coaching is communication, firstly I want to ensure the rider understands what I’m meaning. I always provide the ‘what’, ‘how’ and the all important ‘why’ of things as I believe this then empowers riders to be able to replicate things when working on their own. I also believe that helping the rider to understand things from the horse’s perspective is what opens up a greater ability for the rider and horse to communicate with one another and this in turn leads to quicker and easier progress in which ever direction the rider chooses to develop in.
